Elegant, silky, potent - the most desirable of human characteristics, now distilled into a machine. Welcome to our most capable road bike, your most capable road bike.

The Phantom is our steel All-Road bike. It’s got race pedigree in a package built out of custom specified Reynolds 725 tubing and designed by UCI World Championship winning frame builder Tom Kellogg. Aggressive does not need to mean harsh - we wanted a bike that smooths out the road in a way that only a silken Phantom could without losing the tenacity of a true road machine. This unique combination of geometry, tubing, and clearance for 32c tires ensure this is the first bike you reach for on any adventure.

Further outfitted with a T47 bottom bracket shell that allows room for entirely internal cable routing, flat mount disc brakes, and 12mm thru axles the Phantom accelerates and brakes with a potency admired by any racer. We dressed this two wheeled apparition in a paint scheme befitting of it’s elegance, so as not to overly intimidate any of its stablemates.

For the first time, the new Ritte Phantom is available as a complete bike or a frameset. We’ve got three stock build packages to choose from - with your choice of gearing and cockpit sizes. Available to be configured immediately in the bicycle builder on

But don’t think you cant put your own spin on things - we know that any rider exuding enough class to own one of these Phantoms is going to be a person of great brilliance and creativity. For that reason, we are proud to offer completely custom builds and paintwork. Our wrenches and paint booth are ready to create to your specifications.

The only thing these bikes can’t do, yet, is ride themselves. We’ll leave the Fun and Glory to you.


Navy paint scheme frames (Sizes XS - L) will be ready to ship in April, 2022. We highly encourage ordering immediately to avoid missing out, sell-out risk is extremely high.

    Complete build options are variable at the moment due to supply chain issues but we do our best to maintain a solid stock of SRAM Force and Red AXS as well as Shimano Ultegra and Dura Ace 12sp Di2 build packages. Wheels from HED, Enve, and more. As well as cockpits from FSA, Enve, Zipp, and others. We'll work with you to get your dream bike built as quickly as possible.

    Never-ending “Fun And Glory”

    New to cycling, I was not quite sure where to begin. Needing some expert guidance and also wanting to experience the process of configuring all aspects of my new ride, I knew I needed to work with a group like Ritte.

    Fortunately, I found Elijah at Ritte, who made the entire buying experience informative, effective, and enjoyable. From our first conversation, Elijah immediately understood what was important to a newbie like me. Living in Korea and never having ridden (or seen!) a Ritte before, the purchase was a leap of faith (especially going with a steel frame!).

    Then the bike arrived, carefully packaged for safe transit to Korea, and it exceeded the expectations set during the buying process. After almost 2 years with the Phantom, the ride remains smooth, confident in the corners and high-speed descents, comfortable on long rides, and super quick!

    Frame and build of a lifetime

    Ritte mechanics used my old parts to build up a Phantom JPS frame. Quality of the resulting Frankenstein exceeded ALL expectations. They cleaned and restored my battered but loved drive train, brakes and wheelset, basically producing a brand new ride. Still gaping with amazement at the result. Blew away anything my LBS could've produced with same materials. Working with Elijah made the whole process easy as pie, and i learned loads through all the decisions made along the way. The combo of excellent human interface and amazing craftsmanship is near extinct today. One can only wish the Ritte tribe: "live long and prosper, fellow Vulcans." Some boutique bike projects deserve to survive, others dont. Ritte will survive and thrive.

    The best steel bike I’ve ever ridden

    The Phantom is everything I wanted it to be and consistent w/ all the ride reviews I studied before buying. First and foremost, it’s a steel frame, and, as they say, “steel is real!” Solid. Smooth (think: butter). Stable.

    Two things stick out:
    1. A pleasant surprise is the saddle. A Fabric ( the brand, not the material). Comfortable. Has a non-skid surface that gives a very stable sensation. You find your position on a climb, and you’re locked in. Thanks to Elijah at Ritte for convincing me to give it a try. It’s standard issue on the Phantom, and I typically ride a Fizik Aliante R3, but Elijah told me I’d like the Fabric just as much. He was right.
    2. The Enve fork. Gives this bike a stability rivaled only by my Colnago C64 – which is to say, that is the best front end on a bike ever. This fork, in addition to the purity of a steel frame, and a through axle system make this ride stable and secure on any descend. It’s a really a great feeling.

    Like the reviews said: You won’t scamper up any hills on this bike. Then again, when is the last time I scampered up any hill? How about: never. But you don’t feel like you’re dragging the bike up a climb either. My Phantom build has a 32 cassette. A good option for a heavier bike and the hill terrain here (Middle Tennessee). I don’t feel like I was ever pedaling squares or struggling.
    I’m super pleased after two rides (42 miles Saturday, 54 on Sunday, on very familiar roads).
    So glad a friend introduced me to this brand, and the experience of ordering, purchasing and the customization process of the set up was 100% positive. Highly recommend – the bike, the Ritte team – all of it.

    Phantome for the Fun

    I just rode my Phantom for the first time this weekend. Been building it up for the last couple of months and I just couldn't forget the “FUN AND GLORY” that my water bottle has written on it. Maybe it is because I was looking down all the time amazed of how all the parts were working all together while I was doing a regular ride to the top of hill outside Mexico City but with much less effort and indeed enjoying the ride probably as it was my first climb. I was truly amazed of the Geometry of the bike. Was kind of worried if I would need a M or S size (I am 1.75m height). Ended up with M and think was the best choice I could have done. My built has SRAM Froce AXS and HED Ardennes wheels. Just superb!
