The Ace

“Two things scream at you the moment you get on the Ritte Ace. The power transfer is ungodly. Stamp on the pedals—from a standstill, from 17 miles per hour, or from 30 mph—and the bike goes like a stabbed rat, visceral acceleration, in and out of the saddle. No twisting head tube, no sloppy rear end. A small rider looking for instant acceleration to launch an attack on a 10-percent grade will be equally impressed.” — Peloton Magazine

True Monocoque - Unlike most carbon frames, which are made in three or more separately molded pieces, the Ace is made as one main structure, eliminating hard joints and seams through the main tubes and joints. This allows for a more rigid frame with fewer stress points and better transfer of road feel through the frame.

Positive Molding - The Ace utilizes the most up-to-date molding process with a hard inner mold and bladder system, resulting in higher carbon compaction and more uniform wall density for a light frame and lively ride.

Grounded Geometry - The Ace uses the same well-tested, much-loved geometry from the Vlaanderen for confident, precise handling and stable descending. The design is based on a slightly longer wheelbase with better front/rear balance.

T700/T1000 Carbon Layup - the highest possible grade of carbon that can be practically used on a road frame. The carbon works in unison with our molding technique and monocoque design to provide the best possible frame structure and ride quality.

Interchangeable Di2/Mechanical - Now Di2 and mechanical cabling is cleaner looking and easier to route with specially designed inserts.

25+ Tire Clearance - The Ace can accept the biggest possible tires that a standard brake caliper can clear. Every brand’s 25s and many 28s can fit.

A racebike on steroids

The end of 2017, I became proud owner of a Ritte Ace, and it was love at first sight. Not only the tricolore color scheme is a beauty to look at and distinctive from the monotone black bikes many people ride, the geometry is spot on. When riding the Ace at high speed descents, the handling is superb and the bike feels like it reads your mind so you don't need to push the handlebars in the corners but it follows gently your body movements. It almost feels like skiing at high speed.

The direct handling (thanks to the steep head tube angle and short wheelbase) translates into a joyful ride where you can avoid every pothole on the road and the Ace cut corners during a criterium race like a Swiss army knife. Just what you expect from a Ritte. The oversized bottom bracket ensures quick acceleration and direct power transfer, and the matchy-matchy 31.6mm seatpost gives the bike a stiff ride without being uncomfortable. After 4 years, I'm still in love with my Ace and it's a bike I will never sell thanks to its ride quality and distinctive looks. Finish it with high-quality components and this bike will be a joy for years to come. #savetherimbrake

Epic Ace

I’m really liken this new epic ride. The Ace is very impressive all around. It climbs like a leopard, and it accelerates like a jet. The handling is quick and precise. The ergonomics allows for power driving comfort. This bike is awesome. I’m really stocked with my new Ace.

This bike is faster than me

... and I’m fast!! When I first got my Ritte ace, it felt a bit like riding an untamed mustang. I was still feeling out it’s abilities and it almost felt like it was riding itself. A year+ on and I’ve come around to understand this machine and been able to work alongside its power. It’s. FAST. Cuts through air like a blade. I’ve always preferred climbing to descents, but this bike has opened up my eyes to the joys of railing a corner and racing downhill. I only wish I could ride it as fast as it wants to go! It loses nothing on the climbs. Light, stiff, but comfortable for my 10hour days. The Ritte Ace has made me a better rider. I love this bike.

I feel the need, the need for speed...

When my custom ACE rig showed up perfectly packed with more protective wrapping than probably necessary, I knew I was unboxing something really special. From the custom-painted carbon frame to the SRAM Red eTap AXS drivetrain, ENVE cockpit/wheels and Chris King Hubs, the crew at Ritte built a machine that not only looks fast but literally devours the's a little intimidating. With each ride, I feel like there's even more performance I can squeeze out of this setup and I haven't even started to dial in the eTap drivetrain customizable features.

Above all, I really appreciated the time and care the Ritte team (Elijah; James) invested in making this end-to-end process so easy and engaging. I felt fully included in the project and no ask was too small (sourcing a vintage Cinelli head badge or specific Velo saddle) or big (rejigging the Enve aerobar blip shifters to easily disconnect). All around an amazing experience. Love the bike! Love the brand!

The sportscar I always wanted

The Ace rips - hands down. Ok, so maybe the only sprint I've been in contention for is on the Tuesday night group ride but this machine makes me feel like a superstar. Upshift as you put the hammer down and launch forward, raise your hands in victory as you cross the county line, have a beer with friends after the ride talking about the battles won and lost while you scope your Strava stats. UCI legal? Who cares?! Just own it!!!
